Qualifications



  • Detailed-oriented and organized

  • Good written / verbal communication skills

  • Have a wide range of computer skills and are proficient at the most used software programs

  • Quick thinking and effective decision-making skills

  • Must be comfortable jumping from one task to another as individual clients make new requests


Key Responsibilities

  • Locate and screen potential clients

  • Manually look for ideal prospective clients across all social media platforms (Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram)

  • Send cold emails to clients and must know how to use automation tools used for cold emailing

  • Must know the “Warm-up” guidelines for each platform Should respond to “interested” prospects until they book an appointment

  • Must know the follow up process

  • Book appointments to the client’s calendar and must know how to use any scheduling software

  • Must have a tracking system in place
